I wrote this song last week after driving in the middle of the night.
The Drive
© 2011 Jesse Acosta
Last night I drove
All through the night
To find new worlds
But then I found you
My so dark thoughts
Like city lights
They burn so bright
But then I found you
It's the middle of the night
The moon is bright
And the road is long
And the drive is far
When I finally get there
Will there be a place?
Will there be a place?
A million miles
And I'm still here
There are no roads
But then I found you
It's the middle of the night
The moon is bright
And the road is long
And the drive is hard
When I finally get there
Will there be a place?
Will there be a place for us?
Autonomous machines are still too clumsy for delicate tasks. But humans can
operate mechanical arms from afar, turning physical labor into remote work.
